OmGym LLC was founded and developed by Sarah Kellett. The creative development is inspired by great passion for natural health and movement therapy.

Sarah is a graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health and has extensive recognition for advanced study in the fields of bodywork and athletic conditioning. Some of her certifications include:

• Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Sports Performance Association
• Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise
• Fitness Instructor with the National Sports Performance Association
• Athletic Rehabilitation and Fitness Massage Specialist from Healing Hands School of Massage Therapy
• Advanced Sports Therapy from the Florida College of Natural Health

Personal study and lifestyle has immersed her in the nurturing arts of thai massage, acrosage, raw foods, dance performance, and daily yoga of all types. OmGym is an expresssion of her enthusiasm for thriving wellness and effortless natural bliss.

Sarah used inversion therapy to nourish her spine during extensive backpacking throughout Asia. Carrying her belongings throughout her adventures made physical health and spinal care a necessity. Her first inversion on her first OmGym will always be remembered as one of her life's supreme moments...back

Om symbol, pronounced "aum" from ancient sacred Sanskrit, also known as Pranava.	Gym represents the physical equipment designed to turn aspiration into heightened ability.
