Show us your moves!...
The video with the most points accumulated from all the categories wins! The categories are:
* Effectiveness of the moves (ei health benefits derived)
* Joy/fun factor of the movement!
* Creativity of the new move
* Ability to help a large audience
* Ability to help a specific audience (ie for those with scoliosis, etc)
* Practicality of performing the move
* Clarity of instruction (anatomical reference is highly valued!)
* Visual clarity of steps involved
* Choreography
* Smoothness of transitions
* Beauty of setting
* Comedic value of the video
* Overall Impression
Each video will be rated 1-10 in each category by OmGym LLC. Our favorite 5 videos will be sent out to be rated by all OmGym Enthusiasts on our contact list. Videos must be submitted to the OmGym public file, along with a signed and dated submission form. The submission form will include a contest agreement, giving OmGym LLC the right to display, copy, edit or share any video considered for winning.
