All discounts on wholesale and drop-shipping orders are redeemed at the check-out page by entering your unique code. Be sure to press "apply," in order to apply the discount before placing your order. To apply for a wholesale or drop-shipping code, visit www.omgym.com/wholesale. Payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. Expect 7-10 business days for domestic delivery and 14-21 business days for international delivery. Prices include accompanying wall-poster and are subject to change. Shipping costs are additional and dependant upon current shipping rate. Payment must be made in full when order is placed. OmGym will make every effort to fulfill exact color requests, but reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value. Additional fees apply for custom orders. All manufactured components come with a one year replacement warrantee, valid for suggested use only and limited to any manufactured defects. Proof of date of purchase must be included with all claims and/or merchandise sent back to OmGym.

OmGym honors a 30 day return policy on wholesale orders, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send returns/exchanges to: OmGym LLC, 2521 Raleigh St, Hollywood, FL 33020; Attn: Kaidi Simons. Please include contact info and reason for return/exchange.

All vendors and hosting venues, both domestic and international, are considered additional insured under OmGym’s product liability policy. We encourage safe use of our products and ask that vendors educate staff on the benefits and contraindications of inversion therapy, as well as read over and follow our safety guidelines, listed on the back of each wall-poster or at www.omgym.com/safety.htm.

Additional wall-posters are available and may be subject to additional fee. Additional brochures, promotional posters, and mini OmGym Yoga Sling displays can be requested.
