HOW DOES OmGym PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
OmGym uses the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All your ordering information-including your name, address and credit card number-is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Credit card transactions are handled by an authorized clearing company, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information in a fully secured environment only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. WHAT ABOUT COOKIES?

Replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. OmGym LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or exemplary damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as herein stated otherwise, OmGym products are sold as is with all faults to the extent permitted by law, OmGym LLC and it’s distributors, retailers, agents hereby disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties that the product is free of defects, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose and non-infringing. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer.
DISCLAIMER OF USE
ALTHOUGH A PHYSICIAN'S EXAM IS NOT A REQUIREMENT, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE USING the OmGym Suspension System. Always take reasonable care during its installation and use to ensure safety. When you use the OmGym Suspension System, you assume all risks and responsibilities that are inherent to the use of such exercising equipment, which could result in harm to yourself, others and/or property.
ATTORNEY'S FEES
In the event of litigation relating to the subject matter of this Agreement,the prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable costs and necessary disbursements and attorneys' fees incurred in enforcing this Agreement. Should we require them to have a disclaimer of use that includes the limitation of warranty disclaimer of use
