You can return your OmGym after the 15-day trial period as long as it is sent within 30 days of your order date. Products returned after the trial period but within 30 days will be subjected to a restocking fee of 15%.  Please note that the product cost will be reimbursed (minus the restocking fee) but shipping fees will not reimbursed and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

It generally take 5-7 business days for your return to reach the OmGym Fulfillment Center for domestic shipments. International shipments may take several weeks. Once it is received and inspected by the OmGym Fulfillment Center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Make sure the merchandise is protected in a bag and place it in a shipping box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

OmGym.com is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please email us at info@omgym.com for assistance returning the item. We will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address. In lieu of that information, you can give them your order number.

Any gift item being returned within 15 days will be fully refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment. Items returned within 15-30 days will be refunded, less a 15% restocking fee. Upon receiving your OmGym Suspension System, you have 15 days to try it and receive a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied. Returns on the OmGym Suspension System made not within the 15 day trial period but within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
